Validación de un modelo de evaluación participativa autogestionada para promover el aprendizaje y cambio en las organizaciones
(Universidad de Murcia. Servicio de Publicaciones, 2007-07-01) Cabrera Rodríguez, Flor A.
This article outlines a model of Self-managed Participative Evaluation (SPE) considered as a strategy for learning and change in organisations. The article also assesses the viability of the model using an evaluative research procedure based on a cluster evaluation methodology. The SPE model outlined is described along with  the theoretical and methodological foundations which underpin it. The evaluative research which was carried out in order to test the model is then adescribed. A detailed description is also offered of the measurement and evaluation plan implemented as part of the initial evaluation (which constitutes the source for the validation of the model and forms an essential part of the research on which the article is based), of the way the plan was operationalised and of the results obtained. Finalyy, details are given of the results obtained in the various evaluative analyses, results which offer support for the validity of the model.

Elaboración y validación de la escala de dominios de valores televisivos (EDVT)
(Universidad de Murcia. Servicio de Publicaciones, 2007-07-01) Palacios Navarro, Santiago; Medrano Samaniego, María Concepción
This paper presents the developmente and validation of a scale based on the Schwartz dominions. Assuming it is valid, this scale will enable us to coherently interpret empirical data in relation to the proposed theoretical framework. To this end, the paper presents the results obtained on the Television Value Dominion Scale (TVDS), and adaptation of the Schwartz Value Scale (SVS) developed with the aim of applying the said scale to the framework of a research project focusing on television habits and values. The validity results were reached through a multidimensional analysis and enable us to conclude that the TVDS is, structurally speaking, an almost exact replica of the original model. These results enable us to proceed with confidence with our research into personal and television values, since we now have a tool based on a consolidated model, whose validity has been statistically proven.

La evaluación participativa de un programa de formación para una participación activa e intercultural
(Universidad de Murcia. Servicio de Publicaciones, 2007-07-01) Folgueiras, Pilar
This article starts of the theoretical and methodological basis fundamental to the elaboration, application and evaluation of a training program for active and intercultural participation specifically designed for women. The programme is based in the participatory evaluation methodology, which allows the participation of the research subjetcs in the entire process of the evaluation. We present the participative evaluation model: diagnostic evaluation that includes an examination of the project origins and a depth diagnosis of female migrants in the context of their exercise of participation and an analyze of apllication context; evaluation of its application that contains an account of the research work as developed during the programme application; and final evaluation that analyzes the effects of the programme related to ist objectives and the needs identified in the diagnostic evaluation.
