El artículo presenta la primera edición de un Ars medicinalis de animalibus
altomedieval transmitida por tres manuscritos, Sankt Gallen, Stiftsbibliothek,
217; Londres, British Library, Harley 4986; y Viena, Österreichische
Nationalbibliohek, 187. Precede a la edición un estudio introductorio que
aborda tres puntos principales: la tradición manuscrita, las fuentes y los
problemas de transmisión del texto latino.
The article provides the first edition of an early mediaeval Ars medicinalis de animalibus preserved in three manuscripts, Sankt Gallen, Stiftsbibliothek, 217; London, British Library, Harley 4986; and Wien, Österreichische Nationalbibliothek, 187. The edition is preceded by an introduction whose main points are the manuscript tradition, the sources and the transmission p roblems of the Latin text.
