Description
Abstract
the first part treats the necessity for Pedagogical professionalization at University. The majority of teachers learn their role by acritical imitation. This generates some misconceptions wih respect to the teaching-learning process and consolidates protective routines in teaching. A model of institutional objectives is proposed for teacher professionalization based on functions. Referance is made to strategies for the development of the professional teacher, differentiating this from the present model that is basedon the assuption: I know, therefore I can teach. This text does not refer to teachers working in the field of Educational Science.
