Description
Abstract
Abstract: In the digital age, teaching and learning processes evolve continuously and very quickly. Education professionals are witnessing these changes, especially in methodologies, as well as in the roles of teachers and students. Our paper is framed in a environment that describes an experience of pedagogical innovation based on the socio-cultural context and the History of Art.The main objective was to improve educational practice using the heritage and community environment of a secondary school through gamification and service-learning. Thanks to this approach, it broke with the traditional educational institution and opened itself to learning from and for the community through an initiative based on ICTs, inclusion and heritage within the project The Figure of Francisco Salzillo in the Baroque Imagery.
