Abstract
La revascularización miocárdica sin circulación extracorpórea, en el Servicio de
Hemodinámica, es un procedimiento con el que se trata cada vez a un número mayor de
pacientes. El ingreso de éstos en la Unidad de Hospitalización, portadores de un introductor
arterial, y las molestias secundarias a la inmovilización y el dolor y/o ansiedad a la retirada
del mismo, han sido el motivo del presente trabajo.
ABSTRACT: Myocardial revascularization without extracorporeal circulation is a procedure performed in many patients. The goal of this article is to describe the hospitalization of these patients, the placement of an arterial introducer, and the disruptive effects of the immobilization and pain and/or anxiety after the removal of it.
