Abstract
Tras una breve introducción histórica, partimos del Art. 105.b) de la Constitución de 1978 para analizar cuál ha sido la evolución de la legislación espa-ñola sobre el derecho de acceso a los documentos de nuestros archivos públicos y poder, así, llegar a determinar en qué estado se encuentra hoy en día y si realmente existe una normativa clara y accesible tanto para los profesionales como para los usuarios de los archivos.
ABSTRACT: Behind a concise historical introduction, we start from the order 105.b) of the Constitution of 1978, for analyzing the evolution of the Spanish laws about of the Right of Access to the documents of our public records and, so, we can know what`s its situation in this moment and if really exist an evident and accesible law for the profesionals and for the archives user.
