En el marco jurídico catalán del sometimiento del rey a la ley pactada, se analizan las diversas recopilaciones que se han hecho del derecho catalán y el papel que en ellas han tenido los diversos recopila- dores y en particular la Generalitat de Catalunya.
In the frame juridical Catalan of the subjection of the king to the conventional law, the diverse compilations are anaiyzed that there are been done of the Catalan law and the role that have had the diverse compilers and in particular the Generalitat of Catalunya.
