Abstract
En la escuela siempre ha primado lo intelectual sobre lo
motor y el desarrollo personal. Siempre ha sido así y será
difícil erradicarlo. La llegada de la psicomotricidad parece
que podía acercar posiciones, pero la psicomotricidad
que se instala en la escuela sigue primando los aspectos
psicológicos sobre los motores. En este trabajo se presentan
una noción de psicomotricidad educativa y un enfoque
natural de la misma que pueden atenuar esa tendencia y
contribuir a un desarrollo más equilibrado de los aspectos
que componen la personalidad infantil.
The intellectual abilities have always outweighted the motor and personal development at school. Things have always been this way and it will be difficult to change them. It was thought that with the coming up of the psychomotricity positions could be brought closer, but in the psychomotricity which is practised at school psychological aspects predominate over the motor ones. A concept of educational psychomotricity and a natural approach of it are shown in this paper which could help moderate this trend and contribute to a more balanced development of the different elements that make up the personality of the child.
