Abstract
El Campo de Cartagena (CC), es una comarca natural de elevado interés económico y turístico de la Región de Murcia. El sector económico principal es la agricultura, la cual está fuertemente influenciada por los problemas de escasez de agua de la región. Debido a que no existen cursos permanentes de aguas superficiales, las aguas subterráneas, las aguas del trasvase Tajo-Segura y las aguas residuales, son los recursos principales para satisfacer estas demandas hídricas.
‘Campo de Cartagena’ (CC) is a natural region of great economic and tourist interest, the Region of Murcia. Main the economic sector is agriculture, which strongly is infl uenced by the problems of water shortage that there is in the region. Because permanent superfi cial water courses do not exist, the underground waters, waters of ‘Trasvase Tajo-Segura’ and the residual waters, are the main resources to satisfy these hydric demands.
