Abstract
Con motivo del fallecimiento reciente de Manuel Moreno Junquera “Moraíto
Chico” (Jerez, 1956-2011), reconstruimos los diferentes eslabones de la transmisión
oral del toque incidiendo en su importancia, desde la procedencia gaditana inicial de
partida con el Maestro Patiño hasta Moraíto, señalando las particularidades estilísticas
o “manera” del toque de Jerez.
On the occasion of recent Moraíto Chico’s decease (Jerez, 1956-2011), we reconstruct the different links of oral transmission of toque, falling upon his importance, from the initial origin of Cadiz with Maestro Patiño even Moraito, indicating the stylistic particularities or way of the Jerez´s toque.
