dc.description.abstract	El presente artículo ofrece una teoría analítica para explicar cómo ante similares acontecimientos se generan, sin embargo, discursos que llevan a conflictos extremos y desacuerdos radicales entre grupos sociales. Nos sirve de ejemplo el conjunto de discursos creados en torno al atentado de la revista satírica francesa Charlie hebdo. Nuestro paradigma analítico es la retórica constructivista, que afronta la construcción de los discursos sociales en sus diferentes géneros, y el conjunto de los mecanismos que ayudan a la correcta elaboración de los discursos que gestionan el entendimiento social. Este paradigma tiene como base social la democratización de las relaciones humanas en sociedades plurales, con la libre discusión, y la búsqueda de un entendimiento entre las diversas opiniones como normal y saludable para las sociedades y su avance. En el caso del ejemplo analizado, hablamos del entendimiento entre Oriente y Occidente, que pasa por un entendimiento entre religiones.	es
dc.description.abstract	This paper’s goal is to provide both a theoretical and analytical methodology aimed to explain those cases in which the same events lead to opposite discourses and therefore to extreme conflicts and radical disagreements between social groups. As an example of such a situation we have chosen the terrorist bombing of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo and the discourses related to it. This case will be this paper’s main object of study and it will be analysed within the frame of our analytical paradigm, constructivist rhetoric, a new rhetorical paradigm particularly useful when facing the analysis of this kind of cases. Constructivist rhetoric provides researchers with both the theoretical concepts needed to deal with the construction of social discourses and the different genres associated to them, and the practical mechanisms used to uphold the effective construction of the speeches that manage social understanding. Several reasons can be given to explain the shift towards this new paradigm, including the democratization of human relations taking place in pluralist societies and the acceptance of an increasing diversity in perspectives as one of the tools which are needed to achieve a normal social development.	es
