Abstract
La presencia del lector implícito en Los Pazos de
Ulloa es sumamente importante dado que su labor
consiste en descifrar los mensajes que proporciona
la lectura. La novela guía la interpretación y
provoca que el mismo lector descubra la referencia
entre los variados aspectos que ofrece el relato.
Así pues, la tesis parte del análisis de la técnica
del estilo indirecto libre dentro de la focalización
interna del personaje porque esto es lo que conforma
la base significativa de la historia.
The presence of the implicit reader in Los Pazos de Ulloa is important because their job is to study the messages that are provided by the reading. The novel leads us to its interpretation and it makes the reader to discover the reference between the various aspects which the story offers. Thus, the thesis is based on analyzing the technique of free reported speech inside the character´s internal focus because this is what settles the basis of the story significantly.
