El activismo cultural en la columnística de Ángel López García-Molíns.

Abstract

El objetivo del trabajo es reflexionar sobre el activismo cultural del catedrático de lingüística Ángel López García-Molins (ALG-M) a partir de sus columnas periodísticas. Para demostrar su compromiso con la cultura hemos recogido primero, sus artículos de opinión publicados en el diario El País. Comunidad Valenciana y en el suplemento Posdata. Y, en una segunda etapa, hemos clasificado, descrito y explicado los fragmentos seleccionados. Con el fin de lograr la máxima objetividad hemos dejado que hablen sus textos y los de los expertos. El artículo comienza con una breve introducción. A continuación, se explican las principales características de este columnista, se analizan algunos de los rasgos más relevantes de sus columnas y se demuestra la promoción cultural desarrollada a través de su escritura columnística. El trabajo acaba con unas breves conclusiones.

This study aims to reflect, by analyzing his newspaper columns, on the cultural activism of the Linguistics Professor Ángel López García-Molins (ALG-M).In order to demonstrate his commitment to culture, we first gathered together his opinion articles published in the El País newspaper in the Valencian Community and in the supplement Posdata. Second, we classified, described and explained the selected fragments. To maintain the maximum degree of objectivity, we allowed his texts to speak for themselves, as well as those of other experts. This paper begins with a brief introduction followed by an explanation of the main characteristics of ALG- M's newspaper columns. Later we analyze some of the most relevant features of his work and demonstrate how he promotes culture through the development of his column writing. Finally, brief conclusions will be drawn.
