Abstract: This chapter is based on discussions which took place in the virtual workshop and the face-to-face (F-2-F) workshop on information literacy and learning. The virtual forum took place from May to August 2005 and face-to-face workshop on August 11-12, 2005 in Copenhagen. The goal of the workshops was to discuss the most relevant issues on the topic “Information Literacy and Learning” in connection with Library and Information Science (LIS) curriculum in the context of the Bologna process.
