Léxico de especialidad contrastivo: Vocabulari Forestal

Abstract

Résumé: L’élaboration d’un dictionnaire technique de spécialité multilingue dans le champ de l’Ingénierie forestière contribue, d’une part, à la connaissance et à la diffusion de ce champ de spécialité en plusieurs langues et, permet, d’autre part, l’étude contrastive de langues sur objectifs spécifiques dans ce champ technique. Dans ce travail, nous analyserons le Vocabulari Forestal. Dans cet ouvrage lexicographique, les entrées apparaissent en catalan, suivies des équivalents en espagnol, anglais et français. Nous signalerons les termes en catalan pour lesquels nous n’avons pas trouvé d’équivalents sémantiques homomorphes en français et les champs auxquels ils appartiennent. Nous réaliserons la description des solutions traductologiques proposées et nous établirons une typologie de ces solutions.

Abstract: The development of a multilingual dictionary technician in the field of Forest Engineering contributes, first, knowledge and dissemination of this field of expertise in several languages, and allows, moreover contrastive study of languages for specific purposes in this technical field. In this paper, we analyze the Vocabulari Forestal. In this lexicographical opus, Catalan entries are followed by their counterparts in Spanish, English and French. We will indicate the Catalan terms for which we haven’t found equivalents French semantic homomorphism and the semantic fields to which they belong. We will make a description of the translation proposed and we will establish a typology of these solutions.
