Escuelas eficaces e inclusivas: cómo favorecer su desarrollo

Abstract

La escuela del siglo XXI debe promover una educación democrática e inclusiva que garantice los principios de igualdad, equidad y justicia social para todos los alumnos. Por este motivo, el desarrollo de escuelas eficaces e inclusivas debe ser promovido por la política educativa con el fin de que las mismas puedan ofrecer una educación de calidad para todos. A su vez, el profesorado debe ser apoyado para que pueda reflexionar y comunicarse aspectos específicos de su práctica en un clima de colaboración y en unas condiciones de trabajo que favorezcan la innovación y los procesos de mejora educativa. El resultado de todo ello debería ser la construcción de comunidades educativas en las que la participación, la cohesión social y el aprendizaje estén presentes y garanticen el éxito de todos.

L’école du siècle XXI doit promouvoir une éducation démocratique et inclusive qui ga rantit les principes d’égalité, d’équité et de justice sociale pour tous les élèves. Par ce motif, le développement d’écoles efficaces et inclusives doit être promu par la politique éducative afin que ces dernières puissent offrir une éducation de qualité pour tous. À son tour, le professorat doit être soutenu pour qu’on puisse indiquer et communiquer aspects spécifiques de sa pratique dans un climat de collaboration et dans des conditions de travail qui favorisent l’innovation et les processus d’amélioration éducative. Le résultat de tout cela devrait être la construction de communautés éducatives dans lesquelles la participation, la cohésion sociale et l’apprentissage sont présents et garan tissent le succès de tous.
