Formación permanente de los maestros: perfeccionamiento de la expresión oral y didáctica del idioma

Abstract

Varios profesores del departamento de Didáctica de la Lengua y Literatura (Francés e Inglés) y del departamento de Psicología, siendo conscientes de la necesidad de una mejora en la formación inicial del Profesorado de E.G.B., unido a la propia formación permanente y continuada han elaborado un anteproyecto que podría llevarse a cabo sin mucho coste económico para los maestros en ejercicio de Soria capital y provincia, aprovechando la infraestructura de nuestra escuela de Magisterio. Dicho anteproyecto tiene un carácter eminentemente práctico y comunicativo, tratando de experimentar técnicas nuevas y recoger las ya utilizadas, intentando renovar, en lo prosible, la primitiva formación inicial.

Some teachers of the department of language and literature didactic (French and English) and of the department of psichology are conscious of the necessity of an improvement in the initial formation of E.G.B. teachers and this must be joined to the own permanent and continued formation of them. These teachers of different departments have elaborated a preliminary plan which could be achieved without economic problems for the teachers who are working in Soria and its county, they could take advantage of the substructure of our teaching school. This preliminary plan has an eminent practical and communicative character and treats of new techniques of experience and at the some time it takes in the used ones, it is tried to renew the initial formation.
