La formación permanente del profesorado a través del asesoramiento pedagógico en un centro de profesores

Abstract

En un estudio realizado a la Asesora 'Lucia', que pertenece a un Centro de Profesores de la Comunidad Valenciana, y su trabajo con un grupo de Profesoras, donde se analizan los elementos básicos de intervención (Cep, Asesora y Grupo), en una dinámica de intercambio colaborativo, de Formación Permanente de Profesores. Llegando a la extracción de los pilares para el asesoramiento a profesores, basándose en un estudio realizado a la Asesora 'Lucia' del Cep de Torrent. Tras el análisis del trabajo se llega a las siguientes cuestiones fundamentales: La formación del profesorado, los procesos formativos, los deberes del asesor, el trabajo del asesor, el grupo, el esfuerzo, la colaboración, la reflexión, la integración teoría-práctica y el conocimiento.

The work done/related to teacher trainers, consultants or coachers, who is called 'Lucia' belongs to the Teacher Centre of the Valencian Community. This work analyses the basic elements of the supervision with groups of teachers (Teacher Centre, Coachers/Trainers and Groups), in a dynamic collaboration of exchanges of teachers training process. In this report, we try to take out the basic aspects to help teachers. Itís based on a study applied to the trainer, coacher or teacherís teachers 'Lucia' from the Cep of Torrent. After the analysis of the work, we arrived at the following essential questions: the teacher is training process, the formative process, the teachers trainerís duty and work, group, effort, collaboration, reflection, theory-practice integration and all the process in a which teacher is involved to reach to a certain knowledge.
