The modern philosophy that supports the law, established that the logical reason is the criterion of truth, before it, the Spanish author Xavier Zubiri, built the mature metaphysics from the nascent neuroscience of his time and quantum mechanics, his philosophy. serves as the foundation of the Ibero-American theory, on the other hand, neuroscience as a branch of knowledge was born in 1960, when scientists from various branches discovered the need for multidisciplinarity to understand human behavior from the central nervous system, in this research, it is exposed the law, the philosophical revolution of mature metaphysics, the recent birth of neuroscience as a discipline of knowledge, the advances in neuroscience in the last 20 years, the state of the question of the neuroscience-law relationship and the main discussions regarding Her future. It is placed at the end, the reflection on promoting foundations from neuroscience towards a future right, a subject that has been little discussed in the legal field. |
