Las enseñanzas musicales y el nuevo Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior : el reto de un marco organizativo adecuado y la necesidad de la investigación creativa y "performativa"

Abstract

Después de trazar una sintética historia del proceso de Bolonia, y tras resumir la singular trayectoria de las enseñanzas superiores artísticas no universitarias en España (desde la Ley Moyano de 1857 hasta las actuales leyes postconstitucionales, LOGSE —1990— y LOCE — 2002—), el trabajo se centra en las más recientes actuaciones, tanto del MEC como de las demás administraciones educativas, así como otras relevantes iniciativas de universidades y asociaciones de centros, en relación con esta especial docencia, de la que se proponen algunas de las principales vías de desarrollo futuro —integradas o no en el marco universitario—, sin olvidar el reto de la necesaria acogida de lo creativo y lo «performativo» como legítima y evaluable investigación, aspecto sustancial e inseparable de una auténtica y eficaz docencia superior artística.

After tracing a synthetic history of the process of Bologna, and after summarizing the singular trajectory of artistic higher education for non university students in Spain (from the Law Moyano 1857 until the current laws after the Constitution, LOGSE —1990— and LOCE —2002—), the work is centered on the most recent steps, as much of the Ministry of Education as of the other education administrations, as well as other outstanding initiatives of universities and associations of centers, in connection with this special teaching, of which some of the main roads of future development are proposed —integrated or not in the university framework—, without forgetting the challenge of the necessary welcome to creativity and performance as legitimate and evaluable subjects of investigation, substantial and inseparable aspect of an authentic and effective artistic higher education.
