Inmigración y educación en la ciudad de Zaragoza : análisis de la realidad y propuestas para una escuela intercultural

Abstract

Este artículo es una síntesis de las principales aportaciones del estudio de investigación titulado "Inmigración y educación en la ciudad de Zaragoza", llevado a cabo por "S.O.S. Racismo Aragón" durante el curso 2004-2005, y coordinado por el primer firmante de este trabajo. Comenzaremos realizando una breve exposición de los motivos que nos llevaron a realizar dicha investigación. Analizaremos, seguidamente, la metodología empleada y el marco teórico desde el que nos hemos situado para interpretar los datos. Finalmente, expondremos las principales conclusiones y las propuestas que de todo ello se derivan.

This paper summarises the main contributions of the research study entitled "Immigration and education at the city of Zaragoza", carried out by "SOS Racisme Aragon" during the school year 2004-2005 and coordinated by the first author of this article. We will start by briefly outlining the reasons which led us to carry out this research. Next we will analyse the methodology used and the theoretical framework within which we have worked to interpret the data. Finally, we will state the main conclusions and the proposals derived from it.
