    Bienestar docente e innovación con tecnologías de la información y la comunicación

    This article presents the scientific foundations of the Educational Well-being Questionnaire applied to the development of innovations in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in schools. We establish the validity and reliability of this questionnaire using Cronbach alpha and factor analysis statistical techniques. Our sample is made up of 322 questionnaires to teachers of schools that carry out innovations with ICTs in four regions of Spain: Andalusia, Extremadura, Canary Islands and Basque Country. The results indicate that this instrument is valid and reliable to measure the Educational Well-Being. Also, it identifies the Well-Being variables associated with good practices with ICT innovation.
