Libros interactivos multimedia para el desarrollo bimodal de la competencia en comunicación lingüística y la competencia digital : un modelo didáctico para Educación Primaria

Abstract

Esta Tesis Doctoral presenta una investigación realizada en el área de Lengua Castellana y Literatura con alumnado de 4º curso de Educación Primaria. Por el procedimiento metodológico procesual de la investigación-acción en el aula, se ha llevado a cabo el objetivo consistente en el diseño y la aplicación didáctica de un modelo de educación literaria que atiende a la conjunción bimodal de las competencias en comunicación lingüística y digital a través de la generación de un Libro Interactivo Multimedia (LIM). Este lleva por título Educando con Carmen Conde y se retroalimenta de los resultados formativos de un ciclo de investigación-acción previo al de esta Tesis e igualmente generado por el autor de la misma. A diferencia de los libros de texto usuales, en los materiales didácticos del LIM existe un alto porcentaje de documentos literarios realizados por los propios alumnos participantes en aquel primer ciclo, los cuales responden a la iniciativa competencial del empoderamiento discente debido a que son modelos textuales en la explotación didáctica del segundo ciclo de investigación-acción que, junto al análisis interpretativo correspondiente, constituye como tal el desarrollo de la investigación de esta Tesis. La investigación queda encuadrada a la luz del marco teórico pertinente y su revisión de autoridades científicas sobre la materia de estudio, la cual se centra en el trazado de las competencias en comunicación lingüística y digital desde los ámbitos científico e institucional, incluidas las competencias literaria y mediática correlativamente; en la delimitación del perfil competencial de los agentes de tal educación bimodal, docentes y discentes; y en la expansión actual del libro digital dentro de la Web 2.0 y 3.0. Su postulado fundamental se halla en la estipulación del marco metodológico donde queda habilitado en todos sus términos el modelo de trabajo educativo defendido (problema, antecedentes, objetivos, hipótesis, protocolo de investigación-acción, fases, instrumentos), en el desarrollo de la investigación se han revisado las características de los participantes en la investigación y su contexto; los instrumentos didácticos, de recolección de datos, de registro de tareas y de análisis y valoración de los mismos; así como los procedimientos ordenados en las referidas fases de investigación, a saber: la recolección de datos y toma de decisiones concernientes a la fase de exploración; las estrategias y el cronograma de actuaciones de la fase de intervención, donde se ha realizado un proyecto de homenaje a Carmen Conde por el engranaje sucesivo de una serie de tareas dedicadas a la relación significativa de los alumnos con esta autora y con su obra poética a través de la creación literaria de currículos, de la identificación y el comentario apreciativo de su legado cultural, del recital conmemorativo de sus poemas por convergencia entre las facultades comunicativas implicadas con medios digitales adecuados al evento, y de un taller de poetización donde el alumnado sigue los pasos inventivos de la autora inspirándose en motivos de su entorno cotidiano. Tal y como se demuestra en las conclusiones de la investigación al amparo de su validación por cumplimiento de objetivos, así como de su fiabilidad y credibilidad, se convierte en tesis la hipótesis de que con el modelo de Libro Interactivo Multimedia de proyección bimodal de las competencias comunicativa y digital gestionado en el proyecto de educación literaria favorecedor de la relación significativa y el empoderamiento de la voz discente por vía imaginativa e hipertextual, se superan las deficiencias de los libros de texto tradicionales en el desarrollo interactivo de estas y el resto de las competencias básicas, pues se avanza más allá de la pedagogía de la transmisión hacia la pedagogía de la interacción.

This Doctoral Thesis presents a research study conducted in the area of Spanish Language and Literature with students of 4th year of Primary Education. We have used the methodological process-based procedure of action research in the classroom to achieve our objective, consisting of the design and didactic application of a literary education model that attends to the bimodal combination of skills in linguistic and digital communication through the creation of a Multimedia Interactive Book (LIM). This book is titled Educando con Carmen Conde (Educating with Carmen Conde) and it feeds from formative results of an action research cycle prior to this thesis, which was also created by its author. Unlike the usual textbooks, a high percentage of literary documents of the LIM are created by the students participating in the first cycle. These documents respond to the competence initiative of learners, since they are textual models used in the didactics of the second cycle of the action research process. Alongside the corresponding interpretative analysis, these documents comprise the research development of this Thesis.

The research is under the scope of the relevant theoretical framework and the review of scientific authorities on the subject of study. The study subject focuses on the mapping of skills in linguistic and digital communication, from the scientific and institutional areas, including literary and media skills, consecutively; on the delimitation of the competence profile of the agents of such bimodal education, teachers and learners; and on the current expansion of digital books within Web 2.0 and 3.0. Its essential premise is gathered in the provision of the methodological framework where the presented educational work model is applied in all its terms (problems, background, objectives, hypothesis, action research protocol, stages, instruments). During the research development, the characteristics of the participants in the research study and its context have been assessed; didactic instruments, data collection instruments, task registration and analysis instruments, and instruments for their evaluation. The procedures for each of the research stages have also been assessed: data collection and decision making regarding the exploration stage; strategies and actuation schedule for the intervention stage where a tribute project to Carmen Conde has been carried out, performing a series of tasks dedicated to the significant relationship of these students with the author and her poetic works through the literary creation of curricula, the identification and appreciative commentary of her cultural heritage, the commemorative recital of her poems by the concurrence of the different implied communication skills with digital means suitable for the event; and a poetization workshop where the students follow the creative steps of the author inspired by topics of their day-to-day environment.

As shown in the conclusions of the research, by virtue of its validation through the compliance of objectives, as well its feasibility and credibility, the hypothesis becomes a thesis due to the fact that the bimodal projection Multimedia Interactive Book (LIM) model for communicative and digital skills, managed in the literary education project that is conducive to the significant relationship and the empowerment of the learners’ voice through the creative and hypertextual path, overcomes the deficiencies of traditional text books regarding the interactive development of these and other basic skills, as transmission pedagogy progresses further, leading to interaction pedagogy.
