Propuesta metodológica para la investigación de artistas flamencos del siglo XIX : Luis Soriano Cabrera "El cabrerillo de Linares"

Abstract

Desde los años 80, la investigación en el flamenco se ha tornado más rigurosa y científica optando por dejar de lado mitos, leyendas o narraciones sin contrastar que, muchas veces, han ocasionado más perjuicios que beneficios a la historia e incluso al personaje que se quiere investigar. Nuestro estudio trata de desvelar ciertos pormenores históricos de uno de esos nombres míticos del flamenco, Luis Soriano Cabrera “Cabrerillo de Linares”, al que la desmemoria, narraciones interesadas o caprichosas y el boca a boca han sumido en una total confusión y del que se desconoce casi todo de su vida. Nuestra propuesta pretende ofrecer un modelo sobre cuál es el camino a seguir en este tipo de investigaciones.
