Ronda, ciudad pionera en los cafés Cantante

Abstract

La ciudad de Ronda ha sido una pieza fundamental en la configuración del flamenco. Además de ser cuna de artistas y aficionados en todas las vertientes de este arte, en la cuidad se originaron cantes propios como la caña, el polo, la rondeña o la serrana, entre otros. Aparte de esto, Ronda fue pionera en el desarrollo de los locales donde se fueron fraguando los espectáculos flamencos; fueron los llamados Cafés Cantante.
