L’Imposture au théâtre québécois contemporain

Abstract

Resumen: Este artículo analiza la obra, L’imposture de Evelyne de la Chenelière, una de las autoras fundamentales de la dramaturgia quebequense contemporánea, que ha trabajado dentro del colectivo del “Nouveau Théâtre Expérimental”. A través de la protagonista, Ève, una mujer escritora y madre, alter ego de la autora, reflexiona sobre el acto de la escritura, sobre la confusión entre la ficción y la realidad y sobre la autoficción teatral.

Abstract: This article analyses the play, L’imposture of Evelyne de la Chenelière, one of the essential authors of the contemporary dramaturgy of Quebec, who has worked inside the group “Nouveau Théâtre Expérimental”. Through the protagonist, Ève, a woman writer and mother, alter ego of the author, reflects on the act of writing, about the confusion between fact and fiction and on the Theatrical Autofiction.
