Referencias al aparato digestivo en los textos de materia médica impresos en España durante el Renacimiento y recuperados en bibliotecas digitales

Abstract

La tesis pretende identificar referencias al aparato digestivo en textos de materia médica impresos en España durante el Renacimiento. Describe el marco histórico, incluyendo la medicina de la época. Partiendo de la bibliografía se identifican autores y textos impresos en los albores de la imprenta y se intenta recuperar en bibliotecas digitales. Se estima, a priori, que al menos el 75% de los textos identificados deberían poder ser recuperados en la Red Informática Mundial y que al menos el 10% de estos textos recuperados hagan referencia al aparato digestivo. El resultado es una base de datos de textos de materia médica impresos en España durante el Renacimiento, incluyendo campos de identificación, recuperación y disponibilidad en bibliotecas digitales, de forma que puedan ser consultados desde un ordenador personal, sin necesidad de acudir físicamente a ningún centro documental convencional.PALABRAS CLAVE: Aparato digestivo; biblioteca digital; fondo antiguo; Humanismo; materia médica; recuperación de textos; Renacimiento

SUMMARY The thesis aims to identify references to the digestive system of materia medica texts printed in Spain during the Renaissance. Describe the historical, including contemporary medicine. Based on the literature are identified authors and texts printed on the dawn of the printing press and tries to recover in digital libraries. It is estimated, a priori, that at least 75% of the texts identified should be able to be recovered in the Global Information Network and at least 10% of these recovered texts refer to the digestive tract.
