dc.description.abstract | El modelo multicomponente Matrix, es efectivo en el tratamiento de las conductas adictivas con un alto nivel de evidencia científica. Objetivos: Adaptar, aplicar y evaluar la eficacia del Programa en la Región de Murcia. Hipótesis: el Programa, disminuye la sintomatología, el craving y favorece la abstinencia. Metodología: A 49 pacientes drogodependientes se aplicaron: MCMI-II, 16 PF-5, CTI, SCL 90-R. CGI, BIS-11, Y-BOCS, CSSA. Resultados: Perfil: varón, 35 años, soltero, estudios primarios, desempleado, apoyo familiar, consumidores de alcohol y cocaína, trastorno de personalidad antisocial y límite. El análisis de varianza de medidas repetidas, indica una disminución de la obsesividad e impulsividad y un descenso del craving durante la abstinencia. Conclusiones: La adaptación del Programa ha demostrado su adecuación a la realidad sociocultural en nuestro medio. El grado de satisfacción, refleja alta eficacia, y mejoría en las relaciones socio-familiares. Se sugiere la conveniencia de ampliar su implantación en muestras sucesivas. The Multicomponent Matrix model is effective in the treatment of the addictive conducts with a high level of scientific evidence. Objective: To adapt, to devote and to evaluate the efficiency of the Program in the Region of Murcia. Hipothesis: The Program diminishes the symptomatology, the craving and favors the abstinence. The analysis of variance of repeated measures, it indicates a decrease of the obsessive and impulsiveness and a decrease of the craving during the abstinence. Conclusion: The adjustment of the Program has demonstrated his adequacy to socio-cultural reality in our environment. The degree of satisfaction reflects high efficiency, and improvement of family relationships. It is suggested to the convenience of extending its implantation in successive samples. | es |
