Veinte maneras de motivar a un equipo

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta las distintas formas que posee un entrenador (o el psicólogo que trabaja conjuntamente con él) para mejorar la motivación de sus jugadores y/o de su equipo. Se discuten conceptos tales como: trabajo con la derrota; concentración; el aprendizaje del entrenador; confianza y necesidad; las necesidades psicológicas de los deportistas de alto rendimiento; cohesión y cooperación; y otros relacionados con la motivación deportiva.

This paper works with the different ways allowed to a coach (or a psychologist workning together with the coach) for to improve the motivation of his team and/or their players. The topic of this paper deals with issues and techniques such as the following: worknig with the defeat; concentration; coach' learning; competence and responsability; player's trust and needs; psychological needs for the top-level athletes; cohesion and cooperation; and others related to the sportive motivation
