dc.description.abstractIn this paper we explain the process of building a catalogue of indicators to analyse, evaluate and promote the competence of university teachers in ICT. We are going to include here the description of every phase of the process of building the catalogue, as well as the catalogue itself. Finally we want to highlight these phases in order to analyse them, as a prerequisite to using them in a study with teachers, with the objective of opening new means of debate about one of the crucial elements of developing ICT enhanced learning in higher education: teacher traininges
