¿Qué está pasando en España con el absentismo laboral?

Abstract

El absentismo es uno de los problemas laborales más graves que afectan al mercado laboral español, registrándose en los últimos meses las cifras más altas de la historia. Pero ¿qué ha cambiado para que esto ocurra? ¿Por qué España tiene una de las cifras más altas de Europa de ausencias anuales al puesto de trabajo? ¿Cuáles son las causas que justificarían este acusado aumento de absentismo laboral en nuestro país? Y no sólo eso, ¿cuáles podrían ser las posibles soluciones que ayudarían a atajar el problema?

Abstract: Absenteeism is one of the most serious labor issues affecting the Spanish job market, with the highest figures recorded in recent months in history. But what has changed for this to happen? What are the causes that would justify this marked increase in absenteeism rates in our country? And not only that, what could be the pos-sible solutions that would help tackle the problem?
