| Resumen: | Esta investigación desarrolla una epistemología para la historia jurídica analizando
los conceptos de tiempo e historia, la estructura funcional del lenguaje de los objetos
temporales y el problema de la formación de la convención jurídica, así como de la
apertura y la mutación convencional This research develops an epistemology for legal history by analysing the concepts of time and history, the functional structure of the language of temporal objects and the problem of the formation of legal convention as well as conventional openness and mutation. |
