Mediación artística y educativa: teatro foro con temática inclusiva y diversidad de género contra el bullying

Abstract

En este estudio se ha trabajado la mediación artística y educativa con alumnado de educación secundaria para prevenir el bullying, y generar una mayor aceptación e inclusividad en los centros educativos. Para ello, se ha tomado como punto de partida la obra de teatro Malnacido que cuenta la historia verídica de Romasanta, que, por su condición intersexual, fue perseguido y acosado; convirtiéndose en un asesino en serie. Mediante una metodología basada en el Teatro Foro como herramienta de investigación participativa, y a través de recursos etnográficos, se pretende como objetivos que, por un lado, el estudiantado tome consciencia de su responsabilidad individual y colectiva, reconociendo aquellas conductas en los procesos de marginación y exclusión que empeoran la situación de las víctimas; y, por otro lado, mostrar a estas, las víctimas, mecanismos de defensa. Al final de la investigación se constata que el Teatro Foro promueve entre quienes participan una mayor cohesión grupal, y facilidad para detectar y actuar ante casos de acoso, por lo que su uso se considera fundamental para fomentar la actitud crítica y los valores democráticos. De la misma manera, permite incidir en aquellas competencias clave que están relacionadas con el desarrollo del lenguaje, la autonomía, la cultura y el conocimiento.

This study has worked on artistic and educational mediation with secondary-school students to prevent bullying and generate greater acceptance and inclusiveness in schools. For this purpose, the starting point was the play Malnacido, which deals with the true story of Romasanta, who was persecuted and harassed because of being intersex and became a serial killer. Using a methodology based on Forum Theatre as a participatory research tool, and through ethnographic resources, the aim is to make the students aware of their individual and collective responsibility, recognising those behaviours in the processes of marginalisation and exclusion that worsen the situation of the victims, as well as to show them defence mechanisms. At the end of the research, it was found that the Forum Theatre fosters greater group cohesion among those who participate and facilitates detecting and acting before cases of harassment, which is why it is considered fundamental to promote a critical attitude and democratic values. It also contributes to influence some of the key competences related to the development of language, autonomy, culture and knowledge.
