For this cuestion takes care every organizations and institutions that have promoted measures for it fulls recognition. How ever, the reallity has shown that it is a hard and complex task which requires deatils and considerations that this proyect ana lized from the perspective of the situacion in Spain and in Region de Murcia while it propous future ways to support it.
