Abstract

Las Agrupaciones Juveniles de Calle en España son organizaciones complejas que se estructuran en torno a una ideología y valores compartidos, fomentando la cohesión interna, la identificación grupal y un fuerte sentido de pertenencia entre sus miembros. Este artículo ofrece un análisis exhaustivo de las definiciones, origen, composición y características de estos grupos en el contexto español, así como del perfil de sus integrantes. El objetivo es comprender tanto su origen, como su permanencia en el tiempo y desafíos actuales a fin de proponer mecanismos que promuevan la pacificación y la resolución de conflictos asociados a su presencia en la sociedad.

Street Youth Groups in Spain are complex organisations that are structured around a shared ideology and values, fostering internal cohesion, group identification and a strong sense of belonging among their members. This article offers an exhaustive analysis of the definitions, origin, composition and characteristics of these groups in the Spanish context, as well as the profile of their members. The aim is to understand both their origin, permanence over time and current challenges in order to propose mechanisms that promote pacification and the resolution of conflicts associated with their presence in society.
