La metodología Blended e-learning aplicada a la formación universitaria como respuesta a los planteamientos de reforma establecidos en la declaración de Bolonia: estudio de un caso

Abstract

La Actualmente, es de vital importancia contar con métodos pedagógicos que den respuestas a las necesidades que se están planteando en la sociedad, una sociedad caracterizada por la influencia y el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC). Contando que a partir del Consejo Europeo de Lisboa en el año 2000, la Comisión Europea estableció rápidamente un plan de acción denominado e-Learning: Concebir la educación del futuro, nos encontramos inmersos actualmente en la aplicación de programas educativos basados en esta iniciativa de e-Learning con el objeto de integrar las TIC en los sistemas de educación y formación. En este sentido, se presenta en el presente trabajo las líneas generales de un proyecto de innovación que se esta desarrollando en la Universidad de Córdoba el cual se fundamenta en la combinación de la formación virtual con la presencial, contando por tanto, con una metodología semipresencial a la cual denominamos blended e learning. At the moment, it is of vital importance of telling on pedagogical methods that they give answers to the necessities that are considering in the society, a society characterized by the influence and the use of the Technologies of the Information and the Communication (TIC). Telling that from the European Council of Lisba in 2000, the European Commission established a denominated plan of action quickly e-Learning: To conceive the education of the future, we at the moment were immersed in the application of educative programs based on this initiative of e-Learning with the intention of integrating the TIC in the systems of education and formation. In this sense, one the present appears in work the main lines of an innovation project that this being developed in the University of Cordoba which is based on the combination of the virtual formation with the actual one, counting therefore, with an almost presencial methodology to which we denominated blended e-learning. As well, are the perceptions of the students who are forming with this type of methodology, emphasizing the advantages and disadvantages that its application in the university context supposes.
