Thc abili1y of thesc compoonds to inhibit lipid peroxid:uion was in docrcasing order. roscmary > onJ:g.:ino >. propyl gallate > :rnmmo > BHA > swcct paprika > cumin > hot paprikaprolec:tivc actlon.
