Análisis de la preparación física del campeón ecuatoriano de salto con pértiga Dyander Pacho en 2020/2021

Abstract

The aim of the present study was to analyzethe physical preparation of the Ecuadorian champion of pole vault Dyander Pacho in 2020/2021. We applied analytical-descriptive statistical methods of a quantitative nature, analyzing the exercises applied in the2020 and 2021 planning.Better results were found in the year 2021 (48.08) than in the year 2020 (43.76), although this difference was not statistically significant (p = 0.167). These results allowed us to conclude that the physical work program by itselfdoes not significantly improve the pole vault, making necessary to carry out a complete work for the athlete.

El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la preparación física del campeón ecuatoriano de salto con pértiga Dyander Pacho en 2020/2021. Se aplicaron métodos estadísticos analítico-descriptivo de carácter cuantitativo, analizandolos ejercicios aplicados en la planificación 2020 y 2021.Seencontraron mejores resultados en el año 2021 (48,08) que en el año 2020 (43,76), aunque esta diferencia no fue estadísticamente significativa (p = 0.167). Estos resultados permitieron concluir que el programa de trabajo físico por sí solo no mejora significativamente el salto con pértiga, siendo necesario llevar a cabo un trabajo completo para el deportista.
