¿Retorno de las fronteras? Crisis sistémica, autoritarismo e ilusión soberanista

Abstract

Los desplazamientos discursivos relativos al Estado, la soberanía y las fronteras es el punto de partida para el análisis de los vínculos entre la crisis del régimen migratorio neoliberal, el así llamado “retorno de las fronteras” y el crecimiento del autoritarismo. Frente a la tesis del declive de la soberanía estatal en la globalización neoliberal, esta contribución pretende ofrecer otras claves históricas y sistémicas para reinterpretar dichos vínculos.

The discursive displacements related to the State, sovereignty and borders is the starting point for the analysis of the links between the crisis of the neoliberal migratory regime, the so-called “return of borders” and the growth of authoritarianism. Faced with the thesis of the decline of state sovereignty in neoliberal globalization, this contribution aims to offer other historical and systemic keys to reinterpret these links.
