Abstract
En este artículo exponemos las nociones fundamentales (epistemología y pedagogía) del enfoque fenomenológico-hermenéutico de investigación educativa de Van Manen. Este enfoque se orienta a la descripción e interpretación de las estructuras esenciales de la experiencia vivida, así como al reconocimiento del significado e importancia pedagógica de esta experiencia. Este método constituye una aproximación coherente y rigurosa al estudio de las dimensiones éticas, relacionales y páticas de la experiencia pedagógica cotidiana difícilmente asequibles mediante los usuales enfoques de investigación. En esta contribución se expone la potencialidad y aporte singular del método para la investigación educativa y se presentan algunas nociones metodológicas y actividades básicas para la práctica investigativa. Por otra parte, se explica la aplicación de esta metodología a la investigación de la experiencia del reconocimiento pedagógico. Finalmente, se ofrece un texto fenomenológico pedagógico como resultado de esta investigación.
In this work we explain the epistemological and pedagogical basic notions of the phenomenological hermeneutical Van Manen’s approach to educational research. This approach is focused on the description and interpretation of essential structures of the lived experience. Moreover, the approach is focused on the recognition of the meaning and pedagogical importance of this experience. This is a coherent and strict way to study the pathic, relational, and ethical dimensions of the daily pedagogical experience that are difficult to reach through usual research approaches. We explain the potentiality and singular contribution of this method to educational research. Also, we show some methodological notions and basic activities for the investigational practice. Furthermore, we present the application of this methodology in an investigation about the experience of pedagogical recognition. At the end of this contribution we offer a pedagogic phenomenological text as result of this research.
