Abstract
En el presente trabajo hemos intentado realizar una comparación de dos obras de la literatura española durante la Guerra Civil, que se caracterizaron porque ambas fueron escritas por autores de ideología contraria (republicana y bando sublevado) y además se escribieron con el objetivo principal de defender su particular ideario. Hemos comparado la novela «Retaguardia» compuesta por Concha Espina (afín al franquismo) y la novela republicana «Acero de Madrid» escrita por José Herrera Petere. Para conseguir nuestro propósito hemos realizado una sucinta aproximación a las características de la literatura escrita durante la Guerra Civil, aludiendo a una pequeña parte de sus principales autores. Posteriormente, hemos analizado las dos citadas obras, confrontando convergencias y diferencias.
In this research we have tried to make a comparison of two literary plays done during the Spanish Civil War composed by authors from different sides republican and rebel side) which were written with the main objective of defending their particular ideology. We have compared the novel «Retaguardia» composed by Concha Espina (related to Francoism) and the republican novel «Acero de Madrid» written by José Herrera Petere. To achieve our purpose, we have made a brief approach to he characteristics of the literature written during the Civil War, alluding to a small part of its main authors. Later we have analyzed the two mentioned plays, confronting convergences and differences.
