dc.description.abstract	A lo largo de la presente comunicación iremos desarrollando los términos de urbanismo y de rehabilitación urbanística para centrarnos en las ciudades inclusivas y en el papel que el trabajador social tiene en el ámbito de la rehabilitación. La rehabilitación social de los espacios urbanos consiste en localizar y neutralizar los puntos negros urbanísticos, plantea la reconstrucción del capital social de las comunidades y los analiza desde la perspectiva de los Derechos Humanos de segunda generación. El trabajador social, como quien realiza un plan de intervención, procurará la planificación del espacio vital para proporcionar un desarrollo sostenible, incluyente e integrador. ------
dc.description.abstract	In this paper we will develop the terms of urbanism and urban rehabilitation to focus on inclusive cities and the rol of the social worker is in the field of social rehabilitation. The rehabilitation of urban spaces is to locate and neutralize bullets urbanization poses rebuilding social capital of communities and analyzed from the perspective of human rights of the second generation. The social worker responsible for carrying out an intervention plan, planning vital endeavor to provide a sustainable, inclusive development and inclusive space.
