Abstract
La aplicación de la informática ha supuesto un gran desarrollo, ya que facilita la realización
de tareas, economiza el tiempo e implica una mayor calidad de vida. En las primeras
versiones de la historia informática que se usa en Atención Primaria el trabajo de enfermería
usaba el modelo biomédico. En este momento el uso de la historia informatizada está
implantado en la mayoría de las Comunidades Autónomas de España. El objetivo de este
artículo es obtener una visión global sobre el desarrollo de la metodología enfermera en los
sistemas informáticos que existen en Atención Primaria a nivel nacional, para ello se realizó
un estudio descriptivo durante el mes de Febrero de 2004, mediante una búsqueda
bibliográfica y contactos con las diferentes Comunidades Autónomas. Existen diversos
programas informáticos en Atención Primaria, siendo el más utilizado el OMI-AP. Respecto
al uso de metodología es desigual y en ocasiones inexistente. Los sistemas de valoración
más utilizados son los 11 Patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon y las 14 Necesidades
básicas de Virginia Henderson. Con respecto a la taxonomía utilizada, se trabaja con la
taxonomía de diagnósticos de la NANDA. El uso de un único sistema informático resultaría
beneficioso para el conjunto del país, ya sea utilizando el OMI-AP u otro programa.
ABSTRACT: The application of computer science has supposed a great development, since it facilitates the accomplishment of tasks, it saves the time and it implies a greater quality of life. In the first versions of the computerized history that is used in Primary Attention the work of nurse used the biomedical model. At this moment the use of computerized history is implanted in most of the Independent Communities of Spain. The objective of this article is to obtain a global vision on the development of the methodology nurse in the computer science systems that exist in Primary Attention at national level, for it a descriptive study was made during the month of February of 2004, by means of a bibliographical search and contacts with the different Independent Communities. Diverse computer science programs in Primary Attention exist, being used the OMI-AP. With respect to the methodology use it is unequal and sometimes nonexistent. The used systems of valuation more are the 11 functional Patterns of Marjory Gordon and the 14 basic Necessities of Virginia Henderson. With respect to the used taxonomy, one works with the taxonomy of diagnoses of the NANDA. The use of an only computer science system would be beneficial for the set of the country, either using the OMI-AP or another program.
