dc.description.abstractIn this article, following a reflection on the cognoscitive character of myth, the reading that Juan Sempere y Guarinos did of Saavedra Fajardo between 18th-19th centuries is offered. Sempere conceived the baroque author as a genius representative of what he called «sublime politics», over which concept the author of this text reflects on the heels of Empresas políticas [Political Maxims].es

Sempere concibió al autor barroco como un genuino representante de lo que denominó «política sublime», concepto sobre el que el autor de este texto reflexiona al hilo de las Empresas políticas.es
