Abstract
Se parte de un análisis de la función docente, para concluir que en el rol docente es inherente a la propia competencia de profesor. Se comentan las diversas alternativas del ejercicio tutorial, desde la mera actividad burocrático, hasta la delimitación del tutor como asesor comprometido con las intimadades de la persona y el ideario del centro. Se presenta un breve estudio sobre las percepciones estudiantiles sobre la figura del tutor y se sugiere un esquema-base de formación tutorial de los futuros profesores de Educación Secundaria.
This paper begins by analysing the character of teaching to arrive at the conclusion that the teachers role is ultimtely inherent to the professional competence of the individual. We discuss the responsibites involved in the exercise of the profession, from basic administrative duties to an outline of the teacher's tutorial role as an advisor committed to personal intimacy and to the philosophy the centre. A brief study of studerts perceptions of the tutor-figure is presented together with a frameswork the tutorial formation of future teachers.
