Abstract
La crisis climática ha traído consigo un ingente esfuerzo político y legislativo para adoptar estrategias de mitigación y adaptación, provocando una mutación socioeconómica de gran magnitud. Esta transición ecológica ha de ser justa, por lo que el empleo en la nueva economía ha de ser verde, pero también de calidad. Diálogo social, formación e inclusión de la perspectiva de género serán algunos de los presupuestos necesarios para lograrlo. Y la economía social instrumento óptimo para penetrar en los nuevos yacimientos de emprendimiento y empleo sin renunciar a las exigencias de trabajo decente.
Abstract: The climate crisis has brought with it an enormous political and legislative effort to adopt mitigation and adaptation strategies, causing a socioeconomic mutation of great magnitude. This ecological transition must be just, so employment in the new economy must be green, but also of quality. Social dialogue, training and the inclusion of the gender perspective will be some of the prerequisites for achieving this. And the social economy will be the optimal instrument to penetrate the new sources of entrepreneur-ship and employment without renouncing the demands of decent work.
