Abstract
En este artículo se presenta un estudio sobre el impacto del
programa de formación PINEP en el que se integra la práctica
de mindfulness con el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional
en un grupo experimental de 90 docentes, comparándolo
con un grupo de control de similares características. Al
respecto, se ha demostrado que la práctica de la atención
plena ha producido mejoras significativas en los niveles de
Inteligencia Emocional percibida del grupo experimental. La
citada investigación se llevó a cabo durante un periodo de
nueve semanas en dos centros de formación del profesorado
en Málaga.
This is a study of the impact of the PINEP program, developed at the University of Malaga (Spain), which integrates the practice of mindfulness with training in emotional intelligence, on an experimental group of 90 school teachers contrasted with a control group of similar size and characteristics. The study has shown that the practice of mindfulness has significantly improved perceived emotional intelligence in the experimental group. The study was carried out over a period of nine weeks in two teacher training centers in Malaga.
