Abstract
El objeto de este trabajo es describir la evolución de los modelos de De-sarrollo Organizacional (cambio planeado) y su utilidad en la gestión de Sistemas de Información Documental inmersos en los escenarios de la sociedad del conocimien-to, donde la creación de capital intelectual representa ser el icono de la competitivi-dad.
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this paper is to describe the evolution of models of Organ-izational Development (planned change) and their usefulness in managing Informa-tion Systems Documentary immersed in the scenarios of the knowledge society, where the creation of intellectual capital is to be the icon of competitiveness.
