Abstract
La orientación económica de los sistemas
educativos actuales es una característica fundamental:
las reformas educativas se justifican
desde principios ideológicos democráticos (igualdad
de oportunidades, derecho a la educación,
adaptación a los cambios de la sociedad moderna
... ) donde se reconocen las funciones económicas,
sociales y políticas que tiene el sistema educativo.
Se trata, pues, de justificar las contradicciones
de un modelo de economía capitalista (origen de la
desigualdad social) con un sistema democrático
que defiende la igualdad entre todos los ciudadanos.
El Estado (de bienestar) tiene que intervenir
para redistribuir la renta y reducir la tensión social.
Las líneas de la Política Educativa en la Unión
Europea (dimensión europea de la educación, integración
social, integración escolar, enseñanza de
lenguas extranjeras ... ) diseñan un sistema educativo
que forma profesional, cultural y políticamente
a los alumnos (educación del ciudadano y del trabajador)
de forma permanente.
ABSTRACT: The economic orientation of educacional systems, at the present, is a basic characteristic: The educacional reforms are explained on the basis of ideological principies of the democracy ( equality of opportunity, right to education, adaptation to the changes of the modero society ... ), which spot the economic, social and policy functions of the educacional systems. This paper is about the justification of contradictions between an economic capitalist model ( origin of the social inequality) and a democratic system which defend the equality of total townsmen. The welfare state should be to take part in the distribution of the income and the reduction of the social tenseness. The Educacional Policy guidelines within the European context ( european dimension of the education, social integration, school integration, teaching foreing languages ... ) are drawing an educacional system which permanently grows the dimensions vocational, cultural and political of the students (townsman and worker education).
