Abstract
El proyecto trata de encuadrarse en las nuevas exigencias de Formación del
Profesorado y de innovación educativa que plantean la Ley de Reforma Educativa y
el Currículum de Educación de Adultos de la Junta de AndaluCÍa.
Es un proyecto de investigación-acción llevado a cabo por siete profesores de
adultos de la zona del Aljarafe de Sevilla y por un equipo de investigación de la
Universidad de Sevilla.
El proyecto tiene una doble finalidad:
- Ayudar al profesorado a adquirir capacidades investigadoras (observación,
reflexión, análisis, sistematización ... ) que les permitan hacer un diagnóstico
preciso de la problemática educativa en su aula.
- Ofrecer alternativas de acción e introducir una mejora educativa e innovación
curricular, que beneficie al adulto, así como su evaluación.
Afecta al trabajo de cinco aulas de Educación de Adultos, aunque se han cogido
dos aulas para realizar la experiencia.
Actualmente se ha llevado a cabo la recogida de información y observaciones en
el aula y estamos en el momento de análisis y diagnóstico de dicha información. En
estas primeras aproximaciones van apareciendo algunos resultados, que están en
relación con los objetivos planteados en el proyecto.
This project atternpts to fit into the recent teacher education and educational innovation requirernents raised by the Educational Reform Law and the Adults' Education Curriculurn (Andalucía's Council). It is an action-research project, carried out in five classroorns by seven adults' teachers frorn the Aljarafe area (Seville) and by a research tearn frorn the University of Seville. The project has a double finality: - To help the teachers to acquire research skills (such as observation, reflection, analysis, ... ) which let thern accornplish an accurate diagnostic ofthe educational problerns in their classrrorns. - To offer action altematives in order to introduce an educational irnprovernent and curriculurn innovation which benefits the adult person as well as his/her evaluation. At present, the data collecting has been done and the data analysis and the diagnostic is to be done. Sorne outcornes, in relation with the project objectives, are being obtained.
